Hardening a multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS

A US software provider hosting many customer sites behind one load balancer needed stronger protection without blocking customer integrations. In a few weeks we built a layered AWS WAF (managed rules, bot control, geo, release-gated sites, partner exceptions scoped to one site and one source), turned on full logging and detection, enabled GuardDuty and security-change alerts, and delivered a library of investigation queries, daily health reports and a 30/90-day plan. Every change was tested, logged and reversible.
